MSNBC decided to limit their democratic presidential debate, scheduled for 9pm EST on Tuesday, to only three candidates following the New Hampshire primaries. This required uninviting Dennis Kucinich. In a surprising move Senior Clark County District Court Judge Charles Thompson said if Kucinich is excluded, he'll issue an injunction stopping the televised debate.

Score one for free thought in this country. The media has done enough to limit the exposure of candidates to the select few who fit within their narrow field of vision. To have a debate between only Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards before Super Tuesday only serves to reinforce the corrupt primary system that so far allows two states to decide the candidates and strips delegates from any state, such as Michigan, that dares to take a stand.
